Dear Parents

Camp

What a fantastic week we had last week on Year 6 camp. The weather was superb and allowed us to take full advantage of all the activities and challenges that were available. The new sailing programme was a hit, the Sai Kung treasure hunt and stay at the Sai Kung Recreation Centre were successful and camping in tents and BBQing our own food was all part of developing independence. The students were wonderful to be with and a credit to both parents and the school. Thanks once again to all our adult volunteers as these types of memories are impossible without their support. However by Friday everyone deserved a well-earned rest.

Please find here a link to some camp photos.

As in the previous blog students will be inquiring into a significant historical event of their choice as well as writing a historical narrative from this period in unit of inquiry and language. In maths we are developing our multiplication and division skills with both decimals and integers as well looking into solving problems as well.
