The Undergraduate Study – 2021 Guide is a one-stop shop for information for candidates seeking to study at the University of Edinburgh next year.

Choosing to sit an in-person exam having been awarded an assessed grade

If you receive a final assessed grade based on your overall performance but subsequently choose to sit your final exams in person, this will not count as a resit. We will therefore consider your predicted or achieved exam results when reviewing your application.

UCAS application reminder

You can only apply to a maximum of four UK Vet Schools through UCAS. We recommend you use your fifth choice but this must be for a non-veterinary related course.

Work Experience reminder

All UK Vet Schools have collaborated on an online work experience course and all agree this is valuable experience for entry into the world of veterinary medicine. This course opens on 7 September and can be included in the Edinburgh WES Form as well as any other online course undertaken to plug any gaps in work experience due to Covid-19.
