The seminar allows students to have a better understanding of the application procedure and the methods of preparing a creative portfolio.

Course Description
Want to become a Change Maker? The 3-day programme is designed for high-calibre students who wish to explore the fields of social work in a fun and challenging environment. Through insightful lectures, interaction with current social work students, interesting adventure event, students will be able to explore their passion for performing a leading role for the betterment and enhancement of the well-being of individuals, groups and the communities. A session of experiential life education will also be included. It is a self-discovery journey for helping professional-to-be.
Learning Objectives
- To introduce the Bachelor of Social Work Programme to secondary students interested in social work profession;
- To facilitate intellectual exchange among secondary students with basic social work concepts;
- To enhance secondary students’ understanding of contemporary social issues, and the basic attitudes and values of social worker;
- To promote social awareness and encourage critical thinking of secondary students.
