Climate Change week in the UK

Posted by Peter MUIR

With the annual climate change week in Britain – it’s biggest climate change campaign – coming soon, it would be timely to consider the different perspectives about whether or not climate change is caused by human action.  On one side, those who indicate that changes in our global climate is the result of humans – our daily behaviour and consumption patterns resulting in long-term changes in the atmosphere.  On the other side, those who question the evidence of the human causes of climate change.

He found 2,258 articles on the issue of climate change, written by a total of 9,136 authors. Only one article, by a single author in the Herald of the Russian Academy of Sciences, rejected man-made global warming.  Does this give conclusive evidence of the support of human-made climate change – I’ll let you decide.

Meanwhile – consider how you can get involved in climate change week, planning and organising events here in HK to help people gain an understanding of how their behaviour may influence our future weather patterns.
