This December, Feeding Hong Kong are running a food drive to help bring some extra Christmas cheer to those in need. Simply fill a shopping bag with groceries, drop if off at the FHK warehouse or a designated collection point and FHK will deliver to the door of one of our 35 charity partners.
What is a food drive?
Food drives are a great way to generate additional food donations for Feeding Hong Kong at the same time as raising awareness of hunger issues in our community. Food drives also help to promote and encourage the most nutritious food choices possible.
Who will benefit?
Feeding Hong Kong supports local welfare organisations that provide food support to those in need in our city. Their charity partners include shelters for the homeless, migrant worker and women’s refuges, senior day centers, refugee and new immigrant support centers, children’s homes and other non-profit programmes that provide food to the hungry. They currently support 35 partners with regular food donations and with your support hope to be able to drop-off an extra special delivery to them this Xmas.
